engineering design, programming, supply and installation of equipment,
quality control testing, space and implementation. In short, we
have structured our projects management team to consistently deliver
systems on time and on budget.
From the moment a project is awarded, a project manager is assigned
to a client's project. All tasks are then coordinated through this
single person. He or she allocates the resources and coordinated
all action items with client to insure that we are always in compliance
with the client’s needs. ADVANCED AV employs state-of-the-art
project management software to track a project in relation to other
trades which enables us to work in harmony with a client's schedule.
