Management
Paul Grafinger
Founder/CEO, Advanced AV
CEO Paul Grafinger began his career in the audio visual field in 1978 as the general manager of a Philadelphia-area AV rental company. After seven years in the industry, Grafinger was ready to strike out on his own and founded Advanced Audio Visual in 1985 with a mission to provide equipment sales, rental and staging services as well as creative production services to the corporate marketplace.
Over the ensuing years as these specific disciplines grew, Grafinger broke them out into separate businesses. Twenty Five years later they are: Advanced AV Systems Integration, Inc., Advanced Staging Productions Inc., and MC3 Multimedia Productions, Inc.. This restructuring better enabled each company to focus on its specific discipline and meet the growing challenges of fast evolving technologies and markets.
Today, Grafinger serves as CEO of all three companies, as well as Advanced Management Group, Inc. a common management and infrastructure support group, and spearheads the effort of integrating the related companies to provide powerful unified solutions to the corporate and higher education markets.
Grafinger spends his spare time with his family and enjoys golf, tennis, and boating on Chesapeake Bay.
